Ayodeji “Deji” Morafa was born on May 25, 1995, in the bustling city of Lagos, Nigeria, to Mr. and Mrs. Morafa. He is a Yoruba man from Lagos State and was raised in a Christian family with his younger brother, Oluwaseun Ayodeji. Deji’s parents instilled in him the values of hard work, determination, and community service from a young age. He grew up in a loving and supportive family environment that encouraged him to pursue his passions and interests.
Education
Deji Morafa attended primary and secondary school in Lagos, where he excelled academically and developed a strong foundation in science and mathematics. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming an Inventory Specialist and later a Data Entry & Processing Specialist.
In January 2021, Deji secured a contract role as an Epidemiologist at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, where he worked on various projects related to disease surveillance and outbreak response.
