His family background remains private, but his father, who lived to 98, and his mother, who passed away at 92 in 2019, were significant influences.
Afeez pursued his academic journey with determination, earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Theatre Arts from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and the University of Ibadan (UI) respectively.
