Enkay Ogboruche comes from a family of seven and was born in 1986 as Nkiruka Gift Onuabuobi in Kaduna State, northern Nigeria. She is the eldest of her four siblings, comprising two brothers and two sisters. Enkay’s journey into music began when she was just ten years old. Her earliest recording experience was quite rudimentary, involving a bottle and a spoon in a recording session with her father. During her teenage years, Enkay underwent a significant transformation as she embraced Christianity, becoming a born-again Christian. 

Music Career

Enkay is known for her soprano singing voice and is a member of the Tehila Crew, a gospel singing group. In 2015, she ventured into her solo career, debuting with the album titled “Kingdom Anthem,” which featured ten tracks and was distributed by Honesty Music. One of the standout tracks from this album is “Yes, You Are The Lord.”
