Notably, “Branama” sold a remarkable nine thousand cassettes in just three weeks and over two million CDs and VCDs within a month. This achievement solidified her status as a prominent Nigerian gospel artist.

Kefee had spent fifteen days in a coma, leaving behind a legacy that transcended her untimely departure.

Kefee’s earthly journey might have ended, but her music continues to live on. Her soulful voice, heartfelt lyrics, and unwavering faith still inspire generations. On July 11, 2014, she was laid to rest in her hometown of Okpara Inland, Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.
