Mercy Nnenda Chinwo, who is widely recognized as Mercy Chinwo, was born on September 5, 1991, in Rivers State, Nigeria. She is a multi-talented Nigerian artist known for her work in gospel music, singing, acting, comedy, and songwriting. Her notable single, “Excess Love,” was released in 2018.

Early Life and Education

Mercy Chinwo’s educational journey began at Goodwill International School, where she obtained her first school leaving certificate. She later completed her secondary education at Paradise International School. Her pursuit of higher education led her to the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), where she earned a degree in Human Resources Management. Her musical journey began at the young age of 6 when she started singing in her church’s children’s choir.

Career and Philanthropy

In 2018, Mercy Chinwo made waves with the release of her hit single “Excess Love.” Her musical career took off with her debut single, “Testimony,” in 2015, and “Igwe.” In 2017, she signed with the gospel record label EzeeTee.
