He further pursued his education, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA), a Master of Arts (MA), and a PhD in Philosophy from De Paul University in Illinois, USA and a PhD in Metaphysics in 1984. Additionally, he obtained a professional certificate in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from Loyola University Medical Center.

Ministry 

Father Edeh is a remarkable visionary who founded the Centre for Peace, Justice, and Reconciliation, an organization dedicated to promoting peaceful eradication of terrorism and violent extremism. He holds significant responsibilities as the priest in charge of the Pilgrimage Centre of Eucharistic Adoration, the Sisters of Jesus the Saviour, the Fathers of Jesus the Saviour, the Contemplatives of Jesus the Saviour (monks), the contemplatives of Jesus the Saviour (nuns), Madonna University Nigeria, Caritas University, OSISATECH Polytechnic, OSISATECH College of Education, Madonna International Charity Peace Award (MICPA) foundation, Museum of Charms (voodoos), and various healthcare institutions.

Throughout his calling, Fr. Edeh has been a fervent advocate for the less privileged in society, actively involved in peaceful conflict resolution in his homeland, Nigeria. His religious congregations have set up clinics and homes for orphans, the sick, the disabled, and the mentally ill, in addition to operating soup kitchens, schools, conflict resolution, and counseling programs.

Philanthropic 

Since 1985, Father Edeh has been actively involved in social upliftment and rehabilitation efforts for victims of various terrorist attacks and environmental disasters. His global network of support and rehabilitation initiatives has extended from Nigeria to organizations like the Norwegian Red Cross, UNICEF, and assistance to Syrian War Refugees, among others. One significant aspect of his work involves empowering young girls who have experienced terrorism, providing them with education and positive activities, which has proven effective in cutting the supply chain of the notorious Boko Haram terrorist group, a critical step towards fostering peace in Africa.

The Chancellor – Madonna University

Apart from his philanthropic endeavors, Fr. Edeh has been a pioneering force in private school education in Nigeria. He founded and oversees several educational institutions ranging from basic to university level, with a strong emphasis on education for the disabled and promoting Girl Child Education. He is the chancellor of Madonna University.
