Music Career
In 2008, she unveiled her debut studio album, “Greenland,” produced by Mosa Adegboye. The album, which took two years to create, earned her a Nigeria Music Award and a Sound City Award. The album’s themes revolve around love, family, and the nation, with the title track serving as an inspirational anthem aimed at motivating Nigerians to move from despair to hope.
TY Bello’s second studio album, “The Future,” was anticipated and eventually released in 2011. The album encouraged Nigerian youth to be the change they desired to see and was accompanied by a music video directed by Kemi Adetiba. TY Bello’s music not only inspires but also influences other creative endeavors, as seen in the launch of The Jubilee Collection, a makeup line inspired by her single “The Future.”
